Terms of Service

Effective date: October 12, 2026

1. Who can play

You must have a Discord account in good standing and be old enough to use Discord in your country (at least 13). Your use of Discord is also covered by Discord's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

2. The Game

The Game is a free multiplayer card game played inside Discord. We may add, change or remove features, reset statistics, or stop offering the Game at any time. There is nothing to buy in the Game.

3. Fair play

When you use the Game you agree not to:

• cheat, exploit bugs, or use bots, scripts or modified clients to gain an advantage or to play on your behalf;
• attempt to see other players' cards or interfere with a match by any means other than playing it;
• disrupt, overload or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Game or its servers;
• use a name or avatar that is unlawful, hateful or harassing;
• use the Game to break any law or Discord's rules.

We may remove you from a match, reset your statistics or block your access if you break these terms.

4. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information the Game collects and how it is used.

5. No warranty

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors, or that statistics and match history will be kept forever.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Game. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we do, we will change the effective date above, and continuing to play means you accept the new terms.
